ANNUAL NJVACA SCHOLARSHIP FOR HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR
STUDENT ENTERING COLLEGE
Sept 2022 - June 2023 School year
1. Scholarship prizes:
a) 1st prize: $500
b) 2nd prize: $300
c) 3rd prize: $200
2. Eligibility:
a) Student must be Vietnamese descent and legal US residence. Proof of residence required (i.e. driver license or Student ID)
b) High-school student in 12th grade residing in New Jersey for a minimum of 12 months.
3. Selection Criteria:
a) Most recent report card: GPA from the last trimester/semesters of 12th grade with minimum of 3.75 or above
b) School activities, accomplishments, and/or community services are also included in the consideration process.
4. Submission Process:
Applicant must fill out the application form (download from NJVACA website) and email to njvacascholarship@gmail.com by September 30, 2023, along with all the supporting documents. Scholarship winner must be present at the 2024’s NJVACA Tết event to receive the award.
